Since 2016, Abilities & Choices has proudly supported our New Mexico community, providing reliable Mi Via services to individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities. Our dedicated team offers tailored support to each Mi Via participant and their families, ensuring they receive the guidance and support needed to make the most of their In-Home Living Supports and Community Direct Support Services.

In-Home Living Support
In-Home Living Support provides personalized assistance to participants living independently with the support of a paid caregiver. It focuses on enhancing daily living skills while promoting the participant’s health and safety.
Community Direct Support
Community Direct Support/Navigation empowers Mi Via participants to explore new activities and hobbies while building meaningful community connections. From social events to educational programs, this service promotes independence and engagement with the support of a trusted provider or caregiver.
